A Breakthrough Session is designed to help you investigate a specific challenge, frustration, question, or situation that's taking up your time, attention, and energy.
By making the unseen visible, you'll learn what’s been subconsciously guiding your decisions, reactions, and patterns.
You'll leave understanding what's happening, why it's happening, and a plan for what to do next.
What you'll get:
- One 60-minute private video session
- Focused insight into a specific challenge, frustration, question, or situation
- A deeper understanding of the patterns influencing your current situation (helpful or harmful)
- Language for things you’ve likely sensed but couldn’t quite name
- A direct look at the subconscious patterns shaping your responses under pressure
- A clear plan of what to do next
- Insight you can apply immediately
When the obstacle becomes visible, progress becomes possible. After this session, you’ll know what to keep, what to release, and what to shift next.
